Deshalb gehts heute um die morgendliche (tägliche) Zahnpflege, ein Thema das jeden von uns beschäftigen sollte.Denn gepflegte Zähne sehen nicht nur besser aus,sondern sie halten auch länger und man wird nicht andauernd (vor allem wenn man älter wird) von Schmerzen geplagt.
Ich stelle euch heute meine Routine vor ;)
Our topic today is the daily dental care, a topic that should employ any of us.
Healthy teeth not only look better, but they last longer and you will not constantly (especially when you get older) be plaqued with pain.
I present you today my routine ;)
1.Als erstes kommt natürlich das Zähne putzen.Hierbei wechsel ich zwischen elektrischer und Handzahnbürste ab. Ich benutze die elektrische Morgens und die manuelle Abends. Man sollte ca. 2-3 Minuten putzen (mit beiden) und, vorallem bei der elektrischen Zahnbürste, nicht zu fest aufdrücken.Es wird außerdem empfohlen die Zahnbürste nach spätestens 3 Monaten zu wechseln, da sie sonst den Plaque nicht mehr zuverlässig beseitigt.Ich benutze übrigens eine Zahnpaste, die die Zähne weißer machen soll (hier von Dentagard)
1.First comes naturally the cleaning of the teeth.. Here I switch between electric and manual toothbrush. I use the electrical in the morning and at evening the manual. You should brush about 2-3 minutes (with both) and, especially in the electric toothbrush, don´´t push too hard on the teeth.. It is also recommended to change your toothbrush after 3 months at the latest, otherwise it removes the plaque is no longer reliable. By the way I use a toothpaste that is designed to make teeth more white. (here Dentagard)
2. Dann benutze ich jeden Morgen und Abend eine Mundspülung von Dontodent, manchmal auch zwischendurch wenn man ein schlechtes Gefühl im Mund hat.

3.Normalerweise sollte man jetzt Zahnseide benutzen, um gelbe Stellen zwischen den Zähnen zu verhindern,allerdings erwische ich mich andauernd selber dabei wie ich die Seide demonstrativ ignoriere :D

4. Zusätzlich benutze ich seit Jahren das Elmex Gelee, mit dem man einmal in der Woche abends 2 Minuten putzen soll um die Zähne zu stärken. Schmeckt furchtbar, bin aber trotzdem sehr zufrieden damit. Außerdem kaue ich öfters mal Zahnpflege Kaugummi, keine Ahnung ob es was bringt ist wahrscheinlich nur Geldmacherei. Egal ich bin ein großer Freund des Placebo-Effekts ;). Auf jeden Fall sind alle Kaugummis die ich kaue zuckerfrei, wie zum Beispiel 5 Gum.
4.Additionally I use Elmex jelly with which you use once a week two minutes to reinforce the teeth since years. It tastes awful, but I'm still very happy with it. Also, I often chew dental-care-gum, no idea if it does what it should. Probably it is just money-making. Anyway I am a big fan of the placebo effect;). In any case, all the gum I chew is sugar-free, for example, 5 Gum.
